Trip Cost - All coste are in USD

  • $5,200 USD - Cost per person based on double occupancy 
  • $1,800 USD - Single Occupancy Supplement 
  • $500 CAD - Deposit per person is necessary to confirm reservation.
  • Trip must be paid up 30 days before we travel

The Tour Package & Cost includes the following items

  • 3 night's accommodation at the Dan hotel in Tel Aviv – Deluxe Room
  • 5 night's accommodation at the David Citadel Hotel in Jerusalem - Superior New City View
  • Israeli style Breakfast daily at the hotel
  • Lunches except for Friday in shuk as per the itinerary
  • Dinners except for Thursday on own and Saturday night after Shabbat
  • VIP “Meet & Greet” service at Ben Gurion Airport upon group arrival
  • Picked up at Ben Gurion Airport on day of group arrival
  • Transfer from Jerusalem to Ben Gurion Airport for group on day of departure
  • Transportation in a luxury Bus throughout the Mission
  • English-speaking private tour guide
  • Armed guard when needed
  • Wifi & Water on days with transportation
  • Entrance fees, sites & activities on the itinerary

Tour Cost does not include the following

  • Flights
  • Your transfer in Israel to the group if arriving separately
  • Early check in or late check out at hotels
  • The lunch and dinner mentioned earlier
  • Any guests you want to bring to our meals or tour
  • Tips and gratuities. Suggested Tipping for driver is $7-10 per day; for guide is $10-15 per day.

The Prague Jewish Heritage Tour

Trip Cost - All coste are in USD

  • $2,500 USD - Cost per person based on double occupancy 
  • $500 USD - Single Occupancy Supplement 
  • $500 CAD - Deposit per person is necessary to confirm reservation.
  • Trip must be paid up 30 days before we travel

The Tour Package & Cost includes the following items

  • Accommodation for 3 nights at the King David Hotel, Prague (based on twin  occupancy) 
  • 1 night at the Dan Tel Aviv
  • Kosher breakfast, lunch and dinner on all days of the tour
  • Transportation in a luxury bus on all days of the tour
  • English-speaking, private tour guide for all days of the tour
  • Security
  • Entrance fees, sites & all activities

Tour Cost does not include the following

  • Flights, unless otherwise noted
  • Early check in or late check out at hotels
  • Travel and Medical Insurance
  • Tips for Driver, Guide & Educator
    Driver $5-$7 per day; Guide $7-$10 USD per day

  • Some of the itinerary may change before the trip as certain parts are beyond our control.
  • We have made arrangements with a travel agency, but you are in control of how you get to and from Israel and Prague.

Insurance

  • We urge you to purchase full cancellation insurance & supplemental medical coverage (which covers pre-existing conditions). This is a smart way to safeguard against life's surprises. Please note: to receive maximum coverage, it is suggested to purchase within 21 days of your first payment towards the trip. 
  • Contact the travel Agent or if you have private insurance ask your agent.

Passport

  • Please make sure you have a valid passport with more than 6 months remaining.

Cancellation Policy

  • Up to 30 days before you can cancel with no cancellation fee. 

VAT tax regulations

  • Please be aware that according to Israeli tax laws, all guests holding Israel citizenship, even those with dual citizenship/passports will be charged VAT tax. You will be responsible for this portion.
