We are pleased to present to you the itinerary and package for our Solidarity Mission. This has been carefully crafted to provide an experience that is engaging, fun, uplifting, informative and inspirational for you. Our mission adheres to the highest standards of service and professionalism, friendly and warm with a dedicated team from our Israel Maven partners.

DAY 1 - TEL AVIV - Monday - March 11

  • 10:20 am: Welcome to Israel!!! Land at Ben Gurion Airport where you will be met by our VIP service representative once you exit the plane & escorted through passport control, baggage claim & customs. Please keep your blue slip from Passport Control throughout the trip.
  • 12:00 pm: Meet with wounded IDF soldiers in Tel Hashomer Hospital with Chazan Tzvi Grinhaim
    • Packed lunch - included
    2:30 pm: Visit the Shura Base where the bodies of the victims were identified, together with Zaka or with volunteer Avigayil Gimpel
    • 4:30 pm: Meet families of hostages at Kikar HaHatufim (Kidnap Crisis Center) in Tel Aviv
    6:30 pm: Dinner with the Kfar Azza community at the Kibbutz Shfayim Hotel - included
    • Travel to Jerusalem
    • Check in to hotel
    • Overnight: David Citadel Hotel - Jerusalem


  • 7:00 am: Full Israeli breakfast at hotel
  • • Meet with Brigadier General Itzchak Brik for an in-depth security analysis
    8:00 am: Depart hotel
    12:00 pm: Visit Kfar Aza & witness the destruction wrought on October 7th
    2:30 pm: Visit Re’im, the site of the Nova festival massacre with hero Rami, an inside account. He will take us through the route he took to save hundreds of people
    • Lunch in Ofakim - included
    • Tour Rechov Hatamar the main street where the firefight took place
    • Program with Chabad of Ofakim
    • BBQ at the Rejuvenation Center in Ofakim for hundreds of soldiers as they have a short break from the fighting in Gaza
    • Return to Jerusalem
    Overnight: David Citadel Hotel - Jerusalem

DAY 3 - JERUSALEM & BINYAMIN REGION - Wednesday - March 13

  • 7:00 am: Full Israeli breakfast at hotel
    • 9:15 am: Depart from hotel
    • Volunteer helping with farming near Ashkelon
    • Lunch in Sderot - included
    • Tour Sderot including the Chabad House, Police Station, city center and more
    • Visit the Situation Room in Sderot and see the video footage from October 7th
    • 7:00 pm: Host IDF Combat Troops for a BBQ along the Gaza border
    • Return to Jerusalem
  • Overnight: David Citadel Hotel - Jerusalem

DAY 4 - JERUSALEM AREA & DEPARTURE - Thursday - March 14

  • 7:00 am: Full Israeli breakfast at hotel
  • 9:15 am: Check out & departure
    Bar/ Bat Mitzvah Celebration at the Western Wall with children who have been orphaned since October 7th
    • Volunteer at the Michael Levine Lone Soldiers Base
    • Lunch on own at the Machane Yehudah Outdoor Market - not included
    • Visit bereaved families whose loved ones were killed in action in Gaza together with Rabbi Menachem Kutner of Chabad Terror Victims Project
    • Pay tribute to the fallen heroes at the Mt Herzl Military Cemetery
    4:30 pm: Program for young mothers whose husbands are serving in the IDF together with Chabad of
    6:30 pm: Final dinner in Jerusalem - included
    9:00 pm: Transfer to Ben Gurion Airport for your flight home
    12:45 am: Depart on El Al flight


Trip Cost - All coste are in USD

  • $2,800 USD - Cost per person based on double occupancy 
  • $600 USD - Single Occupancy Supplement 
  • $500 CAD - Deposit per person is necessary to confirm reservation.

The Solidarity Mission includes the following items

  • 3 night's accommodation at the David Citadel Hotel in Jerusalem
  • Breakfast daily at the hotel
  • Lunches except Day 4
  • Dinners
  • Transportation in a luxury bus with WiFi
  • English-speaking private guide
  • All entrance fees and all activities based on the itinerary

The tour package does not include the following

  • Flights
  • Early check in or late check out at hotels
  • Tips and gratuities - standard for driver is $5 per day; for guide is $10 per day.

Important information

  • Some of the itinerary may change before the trip as things are moving so quickly in Israel.
  • We have made arrangements with a travel agency, but you are in control of how you get to Israel.
